Espressimo is a small family-owned Australian business, operated as a sole trader under ABN 11267815693, trading as Espressimo.
We are passionate about coffee: drinking it, learning about it, and exploring what is possible when good equipment is used at home. For us, coffee is not only a drink. It is a daily ritual, a craft, and something that can always be improved with curiosity and care.
Why We Started Espressimo
Over the last few years, the home espresso market has changed quickly. More prosumer coffee machines, grinders and accessories are becoming available, and the quality in this range has become genuinely impressive.
We believe this is good for Australian coffee drinkers. More choice means more people can find equipment that suits their home, their taste, and the way they like to make coffee.
Espressimo exists to bring more diversity and competition into the Australian home espresso market, with capable machines, grinders, bundles, accessories, support and spare parts for serious home coffee.
Registered Responsible Supplier
We take our responsibilities as an Australian supplier seriously. Espressimo is registered as an Australian Responsible Supplier (Supplier Number E22013) for the electrical products we supply.
Every electrical product we sell is checked before it is listed for sale in Australia. We review the applicable Australian electrical safety and EMC requirements, keep the required compliance records, and ensure the necessary testing, certificates, registrations or approvals are in place for that product category before supply.
For products that require EESS registration or certification, we complete that process before offering them for sale. This means the electrical products on our website are not simply imported and sold without review. They go through the required Australian compliance pathway first, supported by testing reports, certificates and registration records where required.
Support Beyond The Warranty
We understand that buying a coffee machine and grinder is an investment. It is not a small purchase, and customers should feel supported not only before they buy, but also after the machine arrives.
Espressimo stocks commonly needed spare parts for the products we sell, and we are building our support around long-term ownership rather than one-off transactions. If a part is needed after the warranty period, we will do our best to help customers find a practical solution.
We also maintain a direct supplier relationship with Gemilai. If a required part is not currently stocked in Australia, we can contact the supplier and work to source it where possible. Our aim is simple: if a customer needs help keeping their machine working, we will make a genuine effort to support them.

Because Espressimo is still a small business, we keep the range focused. We want customers to understand what they are buying, why it may suit them, and where to get help if they need it.
